I am a Bankruptcy Paralegal Specialist, wth 5+ years as a bankruptcy paralegal and a Chapter 7 Trustee Assistant. I am currently employed as both. I have prepared and reviewed hundreds of petitions in both capacities.
I also work from home preparing Chapter 7 and 13 petitions, schedules, statements and plans for attorneys on a per diem basis.
